Living with Andrea

We loved living with Andrea for what must have been over a year. We joke that she's our little maid living in the closet under the stairs. Trace, Honey, and Tuck got to play with her lots, she read them stories, and she brought her projector to the movie parties. We had pizza nights with her famous dough and late night talks. We miss her being so close! She was there through our home search- we would fill her in on how difficult a process it was and she was there to celebrate with us when we closed on the house we finally chose. She put up with our routine relationship interrogations. We were there through a heartbrake and the beginning of something more promising. She is our sweet Andrea. The one with exceptionally varied talents, natural beauty, and a flair for simple things in life. We love you Andrea (we'd love to live with you again anytime!).

Honey is 3!!

Little miss Honey. Her name fits her so well because she is everything sweet... most of the time. She still is noticed for her beautiful eyes. Her cute little voice makes us smile every day. She is naturally thoughtful; when she hears that something is needed, she quietly slips away to bring back the thing that was requested. A good friend to Trace and a mother in training to Tuck. She still loves horses, babies, and being little. Happy Birthday Honey Bun.

Snow Snow Snow

This was a good snow year!! We spent a lot of time sledding, snowshoeing, being cozy inside, and looking forward Spring. When the temperature is in the negatives the payback is the beauty and fun that snow adds. Last year we had the cold without the snow- we'll take this years snow any day!

Farm Christmas 2015

We have sweet memories of Christmases on the farm. This year our kids were able to have lots of fun playing with cousins and weren't as clingy as past years... I take that back, this doesn't apply to Tucker, who was glued to myself the entire time. Great memories we will never forget!
